Congratulations and heartfelt thanks to Zoe Douglas from Brentwood School, who completed the Brentwood Fun Run on 23rd March in support of the work of The Wilderness Foundation.
Zoe is one of a number of young people from Brentwood School who are joining our expedition to South Africa this summer.   The students will be participating in a five day Umfolozi wilderness journey, wild camping and sleeping under the stars each evening and walking in the wilderness during the day, following in the footsteps of rhino, lion, elephant and more.     The students will also be exploring the Wild Coast and will be the first group to experience our new Wild Coast Community Programme, where they will be volunteering in the village and working towards their Gold DofE Award.
Sincere thanks to Zoe on her fundraising accomplishments and for her commitment to the work of The Wilderness Foundation.
