At Wilderness Foundation UK, we believe mental health and nature are intrinsically linked and have come up with 5 simple pledges you can make which will help our planet and your own mental wellbeing.
This is our take on New Year’s resolutions for the year ahead, benefitting both us and the natural world. The beginning of a new year can sometimes feel like a fresh start, a clean slate with all the opportunities in front of us. However, it can often be tempting to set resolutions that are unattainable or incompatible with our everyday life. Setting smaller, more realistic goals can still yield beneficial results and tend to be more sustainable in the long term.
