Therapeutic de-stress nature immersion for adults 8th and 9th March 2018

This two-day residential (1 night camp) is the perfect opportunity to completely de-stress. It is designed specifically for busy people who struggle to find the time to properly de-stress and take true time out. We will provide you with the opportunity to re-charge and develop your resilience and mental wellbeing so that you can return to your day to day life re-energised and motivated.

The programme is set in a beautiful and natural space in the heart of Essex at our Chatham Green site. Our staff are experienced and knowledgeable leaders. Come sit by our fire, look at the stars and experience peace and tranquility whilst working towards feeling stronger, happier and more able to cope with the pressures of modern life.

Age: 21+

£250 per person

Groups are kept small to ensure everyone has time and space, so please book early to avoid disappointment. To book your place or for more information please complete the form below or call 0300 123 3073.
Our programmes are nature based using a range of activities and skills to enable our clients to understand themselves better, learn to manage their emotions and behaviour in a way that is more helpful to them, learn how to manage relationships better, and have an opportunity to understand their choices and the consequences that come from these.
Our outcomes from existing work show significant changes in self-esteem and confidence, behaviour, self-respect, relationships, and a love of nature and the outdoors.
We work in small groups of no more than six at a time and the facilitation team is always with a qualified counsellor, outdoor instructor and other skilled staff, as required.
We use a range of methods to interact with nature including bushcraft and camp skills, long-distance walks, conservation activities, exploring our wild space, hammock time, mindfulness, and group and individual exercises and activities.
All potential participants will need to have a referral form and an interview prior to attendance.
This could be carried out by skype for those living further afield.
