Pond-Dipping Special – Come and discover what we have in the pond at Chatham Green and reward yourself for all that hard work by toasting marshmallows on a campfire down by the pond.

Tuesday 31st May 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.   Owlets Minibeasts

Aimed at pre-school children.
Join us as we explore the farm in search of minibeasts and make a craft.
A snack will be provided.  Suggested voluntary donation is £5 per child.  £3 for additional siblings. Booking essential.

Tuesday 31st May 1.30 p.m. – 3.30 p.m.   Nature Club – Tracks and Trails

For unaccompanied children aged 8 plus
A drop off and pick up session for children that are aged 8 plus.  Come and see .what we can find on the farm based on tracks left behind.  Make your own trail and treasure maps. Suggested voluntary donation is £5 per child for the day. Booking essential.

Wednesday 1st June 10.00 a.m. to 12 p.m.   Minibeast Madness

For primary aged children
Come and spend the afternoon making bug inspired crafts and going on a bug safari to see what creatures we have living here at Chatham Green.  What will we discover in the woods and the meadows? Suggested voluntary donation is £5 per child for the day. Booking essential.

Wednesday 1st June 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.   Family Den Building and Fire Lighting

For primary aged children
Come and try your hand at den building – can you create a shelter for the whole family and make it waterproof??  Watch out as we will be testing them out!!  Then have a go at fire lighting and toasting marshmallows

Thursday 2nd June 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.    Recycled Crafts

For primary aged children
Make something new out of something old!  Plastic bottle bird feeders, coffee cup creatures and a whole lot more fun ideas to reuse waste packaging materials.
Suggested voluntary donation is £5 per child.  Booking essential.

Thursday 2nd June 1.30 pm to 3.30 p.m.   Kite Making

For primary aged children
Have a go at making a kite and see how well it can fly!!  We will be making two different types of kites and testing them out.
Suggested voluntary donation is £5 per child.  Suitable for primary school aged children. Booking essential.
