Royal Highland Show 2011
The annual Royal Highland Show is fast approaching and this year the Wilderness Foundation team will be manning a stand to promote the work of the charity across Scotland but more specifically the youth engagement programme Imbewu Scotland.
Across the four days our staff team will be laying on a number of activities that visitors can try their hand at, including the “Leave No Trace Team Challenge”.  Teams will travel from start to finish along a course where they will be presented with various Leave No Trace scenarios.   To continue on their journey, they must choose the right answer and head on to the right path.  On completion of the challenge each participant will be awarded a Leave No Trace Awareness Certificate.   Our activities are being delivered in conjunction with the Royal Highland Education Trust.
The Royal Highland Show 2014 will take place from June 19th – 22nd with school bookings available on the 19th and 20th.
