Therapy and Counselling Support

In response to the Covid 19 crisis we are here to help. All our therapists and counsellors continue to work outside, offering face to face therapy, whilst we also offer support online or by telephone where face to face sessions are not possible. We also have free mentoring and coaching support available.

Therapy and Counsellors

We have a range of professional counsellors, all accredited to professional organisations, safeguarding trained and enhanced DBS cleared.

We offer face to face support for family or individuals experiencing severe difficulty and for those who are unable to manage, we offer online or telephone support. Please note this is a limited service for those in truly difficult circumstances.

Our charge is £55 per hour. We are also able to offer a limited number of funded spaces for those who have no means to pay. Please contact us for more details on availability of these funded sessions.

We help people with a range of personal struggles, for example:

  • Trauma
  • Stress
  • Bereavement
  • Abuse
  • Domestic violence
  • Panic attacks and anxiety
  • Depression
  • Relationship problems & family issues
  • Addiction

Free Mentoring and Coaching support

This service is not for those seeking therapy but someone simply to talk through life experiences, worries about the present and future, wanting to be helped, due to feeling ‘stuck’ or wishing to do some life planning and strategy for the future.

Our mentors and coaches are all safeguarding trained and enhance DBS checked and have extensive experience in working with a range of ages, with particular experience in working with teens.
